Mit Kai
Weyand stellen wir diesmal den aktuellen Träger des Thaddäus-Troll-Preises vor,
den er vom Förderkreis deutscher Schriftsteller in Baden-Württemberg 2020 für
seinen dritten Roman „Die Entdeckung der Fliehkraft“ erhalten hat. Schon
2015 war der Vorgängerroman „Applaus für Bronikowski“ für den
deutschen Buchpreis nominiert. Der 1968 in Freiburg im Breisgau geborene Kai
Weyand arbeitete als Lehrer im Strafvollzug, ist Mitarbeiter einer Sozietät und
lebt bei Freiburg.

liest Kai Weyand einen Ausschnitt aus „Die Entdeckung der
Fliehkraft“, einem fesselnden Roman über eine Ehe in Schieflage, die
